Ezship has built plugins for all the leading E-commerce web platforms such as Shopify, Woo-Commerce and Magento. Therefore, it’s a very straightforward process to get onboarded to Ezship.
No. All payments and receipts will take place via Ezship. We follow a 7 day cycle for payments and receipts and if a partner fails to make a payment, we will directly intervene to make sure that you are being paid on time.
Once an order goes through our platform, we will create a tracking link and send it to all parties associated with the order. The courier company will be making all the updates then and there so that you and your customers will be getting the real time information about the order.
